Mice housed within the Australian BioResources facility can be exported on behalf of researchers to other accredited research establishments. Recipients in Australia must provide a current AEC protocol number, and evidence of any relevant IBC clearance. International exports may require an import permit for the country of destination.
The researcher owning the line is responsible for ensuring that Material Transfer Agreements are finalised (if required). Details of animal history, line phenotype and breeding performance are provided to the recipient. The Australian BioResources export service
